17 Trees Under Threat of Destruction

An application has been received by NFDC to fell trees along Lower Pennington Lane that are currently protected under TPOs.  It was only in 2016 that the same tree consultant described the trees as having a life expectancy of 10-20 years.  So what's changed? Nothing.  No works were carried out after the last application.
