Annual General Meetings and Special Meetings

Our most recent Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 5th July 2023 at Woodside Pavilion.  You may find a copy of the draft minutes by following the link below.

At this meeting, it was agreed that AGMs would be held every 3 years.  However, our constitution allows special general meetings to be held if 10 or more existing members request it. If you would like to notify us of such a request, please email at pennandlymlanes@gmail.com.
